Takling Phunchok Choling Monastery 1915 soars high transforming
into mammoth glory radiating its shine far away from far. A whole hundred year
and an epic, a passive time lamenting positive consoles to Dharma works. A
single count of a year and a day too composing new verses, lines and rhythms
enriching culture and tradition. The Tibetan Buddhism practiced in Tibet and
Nepal, a blend of Bon and Buddhism during 18th Century nestled again
in India taking its epicenter in Takling, a village in Darjeeling. One of the
first Tamang Monastery Takling Phunchok Choling meadowed reflection of an
another Tamang Pilgrim Reshangbo
Monastery. By Jove of time Khonchok
Chuidi “The embodiment of the three jewels” a terma discovered in the 17th
century by Terton Rigzin Jatson Nyingpo founded its place again with the Tamang
Lamas (Mhemes) here in this Monastery providing platform for the Dharma seekers
to learn and practice. The journey so old and an altruistic process whoever
comes to know about Buddhahood remain unharmed, the Buddha doctrine remain firm
and may always the sublime teachings be restored.
